- Full response: Most inquiries are resolved within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods or holidays, responses may take up to 48 hours.
- Complex issues: If your request requires additional investigation — such as a shipping dispute or product concern — we'll keep you updated every step of the way and aim to resolve things within 3–5 business days.
We respond to emails in the order they're received and do our best to exceed these timeframes whenever possible.
