Nim™ offers a generous 90-day return window from the date of delivery. We believe you deserve ample time to try our products and make sure they're the perfect fit for your needs. If for any reason you're not satisfied within those 90 days, you're welcome to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:
- The return request is made within 90 days of the delivery date
- You have your order confirmation email or order number available
- The item was purchased directly through trynim.com
Condition of Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, Nim™ asks that returned items meet the following conditions:
- Unused or gently tried: Items should be in new or like-new condition. We understand you need to try a product to know if it's right for you, and light use is perfectly acceptable.
- Original packaging: Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Clean and undamaged: Items should be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and any damage not present at the time of delivery.
- Complete: All components, parts, and bundled items must be included in the return.
If an item is returned in a condition that falls outside these guidelines, Nim™ reserves the right to issue a partial refund or return the item to you. We'll always reach out to discuss options before making a final decision.
Refund Process
Getting your refund from Nim™ is simple and straightforward. Here's how it works:
- Initiate your return: Send an email to support@trynim.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
- Receive your return label: Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions for packaging and shipping your item back to us.
- Ship your item: Pack the item securely, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number for your records.
- Inspection and refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Receive your funds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
You'll receive email confirmations at every step of the process so you're never left wondering about the status of your return.
Refund Amounts
Refunds include the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are refundable if the return is due to a Nim™ error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For all other returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
While Nim™ strives to accept returns on as many products as possible, certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene, safety, or other reasons:
- Gift cards and store credit codes
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-made products that have been tailored to your specifications
- Intimate or personal care items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
- Downloadable digital products once accessed or downloaded
- Bundled promotional items unless the entire bundle is returned

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product altogether? Nim™ makes exchanges easy. We want you to end up with something you love.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@trynim.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like instead.
- Our team will confirm availability of the replacement item and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship out the replacement right away — often within 1–2 business days.
Price Differences
If your exchange item is priced higher than the original, we'll send you a secure payment link for the difference. If the exchange item costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Need it fast? If you need the replacement urgently, let us know. We can ship the new item immediately and process the return simultaneously so you're never without what you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Nim™, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately.
What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged

- We'll resolve it fast: Depending on your preference, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping charges. No return shipping required in most cases.
For damaged or defective items, Nim™ covers all return shipping costs, and you will never be penalized for receiving a product that didn't meet our quality standards. If the issue is minor and you'd prefer to keep the item, we may also offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture — just let us know what works best for you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you've been approved for a refund from Nim™ but haven't seen it appear in your account yet, here are a few steps to try:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again. Sometimes refunds take a few days to officially post.
- Contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times vary, and there is often a delay before a refund is officially reflected.
- Wait a full 10 business days from the date you received your refund confirmation email.
