Order Acceptance

If we cancel your order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Sales Tax

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and carrier performance. Nim™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Nim™ are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us at support@trynim.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a resolution.

International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by your country's customs authorities. Nim™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Nim™ informally by contacting us at support@trynim.com. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days of receiving your written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nim™.
