Processing Time
Once you place an order on Nim™, our team works promptly to prepare your items for shipment. Please note the following processing timelines:
- Standard orders: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- High-demand periods: During promotional events, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
- Business days: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Nim™ partners with trusted carriers to offer reliable shipping options at competitive rates. The following shipping methods are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days from the date of shipment.
- Express/Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and the weight and dimensions of your order. Nim™ may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold, which will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
Nim™ ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please be aware of the following details regarding domestic shipments:
- Contiguous U.S. (48 states): All standard, expedited, and express shipping options are available.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Standard and expedited shipping are available. Express shipping may not be available for all locations, and additional shipping surcharges may apply.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: Nim™ ships to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Expedited and express options may be limited for these addresses.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Nim™ reserves the right to select the most efficient carrier for your order.
International Shipping
Nim™ is proud to serve customers around the world. We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address.
International Shipping Details
- Estimated delivery: International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
- Shipping costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
- Carriers: International orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other international carriers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Nim™. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order.
Nim™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We do not have control over customs policies or inspection timelines in any country.
Order Tracking
Nim™ provides tracking information for all shipped orders so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Here is how tracking works:
- Shipping confirmation email: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Account dashboard: If you have a Nim™ account, you can also view your tracking information by logging in at trynim.com and navigating to your order history.
- Tracking updates: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Nim™ takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please follow the steps below:
Lost Packages
- Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom, as carriers sometimes leave packages in alternative secure locations.
- Review the tracking information for any delivery updates or attempted delivery notices.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours, as packages occasionally appear after the initial delivery scan.
- If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@trynim.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Nim™ will work with the carrier to file a claim and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product(s) immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us at support@trynim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photographs.
- Nim™ will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note that Nim™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct address. We encourage customers to use a secure delivery location or consider requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Nim™ is not liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
- Before placing your order: Please double-check your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country before completing your purchase.
- Address changes after ordering: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@trynim.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
- Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses: If a package is returned to Nim™ because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
- Undeliverable packages: If a carrier is unable to deliver a package and it is returned to us, Nim™ will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Nim™ strongly recommends using a verified and standardized address format to minimize the risk of delivery issues.
